Fifth Foods Inc. is a Seattle-area based company founded in 2011 by two college friends who share a penchant for quality and delicious food.  Influenced by their mom's cooking,  they were inspired to bring a new tasting experience to everyone’s kitchen with the focus on the fifth taste.  The company focuses solely on highlighting and introducing food products that emphasize the fifth taste receptor - umami, thus the inspiration for our name.
